AQUATICS – Belmont Athletics (Wave House)
Swim Instructor (1 available)
Part time position. Flexible availability required and must be able to work AM weekends and afternoon weekdays
$12 per hour

Experienced and motivated swim instructors are needed for our team! At least two years prior experience (preferred) teaching babies to adults. Valid certifications for CPR / AED required. WSI certification a huge plus. This position will be responsible for teaching swim techniques in accordance with set company standards.

$11 / $18 per hour during special events

Must be at least 21 years old. MUST HAVE VALID BSIS GUARD CARD OR PSO CERTIFICATION. NO EXCEPTIONS! PROOF WILL BE REQUIRED AT INTERVIEW! Must have 2 years security experience in a bar/club/restaurant atmosphere. Must be able to work in an outdoor environment. Ability to lift up to 50lbs. Ability to greet and welcome customers in a safe and cheerful manner. Must have good communication / writing skills in order to write detailed incident reports. Bilingual a plus.

Part time summer position only. M-F 8am – 4pm. Begins: June 19
$12 per hour

Responsible for supervising and leading day campers in camp activities by following Belmont Athletics’ guidelines. This position is critical in ensuring the safety of campers by following all company safety guidelines while preventing and responding to emergency situations appropriately. Must have First Aid / CPR / AED certifications Lifeguarding certification a big plus. Must be able to demonstrate strong Flowboarding and swimming skills. Previous experience working with children a plus.

$14 per hour

The Camp Supervisor is responsible for supervising the camp counselor staff while coordinating and overseeing daily camp activities. This position is also responsible for ensuring the safety of campers by following Belmont Athletics guidelines while preventing and responding to emergency situations appropriately. Must have First Aid, CPR / AED certifications. Lifeguarding certification a plus. Must be able to demonstrate strong Flowboarding and swimming skills. $10 per hour

Qualified candidate must have certifications for American Red Cross (or equivalent) Lifeguard, CPR / AED, Title 22 and First Aid to be considered for an interview for this position. Duties will include scanning the wave areas. Must be responsible and have the ability to prevent injuries by minimizing or eliminating hazardous situations or behaviors. Must be able to recognize and respond to all emergencies. Lifeguards are responsible for maintenance and cleaning in their designated areas as assigned by supervisors and management.
