This individual will be primarily responsible for training swim instructors by following Wave House Athletic Club guidelines and working with upper management to implement new program ideas and training tools. Individuals with at least one year supervisory experience in an Aquatics environment preferred. 2-3 years experience with swim instruction (babies to adults) required.

Must be a certified instructor (AEA, ACE, AFAA) with water specialty certification preferred.
